Concert Information
Outdoor Concert
This is an outdoor concert. Please check the weather forecast before you leave home, and come prepared. This is New Zealand! We will play rain or shine, unless there are exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the promoter. Listen to Classic Hits on the day for any announcements if required or go to the www.winerytour.co.nz
Cannot Bring Into Venue
Glass bottles of any kind, alcohol of any kind, professional cameras or recording devices.
Cannot Take Out Of The Venue
Any alcohol - the outlets will close half an hour (or earlier) prior to the end of the concert to enable you to responsibly finish your drinks.
Car Parking
Available in large paddock alongside venue - $3/car for community fundraising.
There is no parking allowed on State Highway 1 or Georges Rd

Campervans
Please phone The Amberley Delhaven Motels and Camping Ground 03 314550 to book - $30.00 for the night and there will be a shuttle leaving from Amberley from 4.30pm with pick up after the concert from 10.00pm. Confirm this when you book in.
Seating
There is no reserved seating. You may bring your own chairs, or a blanket to sit on. Low or sand chairs are a good option. Generally you will be seated on grassed areas, blankets and low chairs one side and foldable concert chairs on the other.
Sun Smart
Please bring sun protection with you.
Food
You can bring your own food and sealed bottled water but no glass please. There will be food stalls on site with a variety of selections including vegetarian option. Food vendors are Fritz's Weiners, Whitebait Wagon, Venison Direct, She Chocolat, Thistle Do Me, Lovat Downs, Spudway, Coq au Vin Rotisserie, Hummingbird Coffee.
Beverages
The event is fully Licensed. Wine, beer and soft drink and water available. Absolutely no byo alcohol.
Wristbanding
This will be done inside the venue before you purchase and drink your wine or beer.
Security
There will be professional show security on site and bag checks at the entry gates.
Eftpos
Available at beverage outlets and there will be a cash out facility.

Children
One child 12 years and under will be given free admittance when accompanied by a parent or guardian who has purchased a ticket. (Note: there will be a bus ticket charge for children).
