Tasked with this ambition the MUD HOUSE crew lovingly serve our precious wines to all visitors at THE MUD HOUSE, meticulously matching each delicious dish on the menu to its ideal wine partner. Even on a day off, the crew can be found tirelessly ‘familiarising’ themselves with MUD HOUSE wines, sacrificing themselves for the good of MUD HOUSE. It’s a hard job, but someone has to do it.
